Με μεγάλη χαρά συμμετέχω στην έκθεση «Στιγμιότυπα χωρίς σενάριο» του Street Photo Festival που θα παρουσιαστεί στο φουαγέ του Θεάτρου της Ανωτάτης Σχολής Καλών Τεχνών (ΑΣΚΤ), Πειραιώς 256, Αθήνα.
Η παρούσα φωτογραφία, επιλεγμένη ανάμεσα σε 2.235 έργα από φωτογράφους ολόκληρου του κόσμου και εκτιθέμενη στη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών, παρασύρει το βλέμμα του θεατή προς τα επάνω, έξω από τα όρια του κάδρου. Εκεί γεννάται η απορία, η προσδοκία του συμβάντος.
Η συγκεκριμένη εικόνα όμως αξιοποιεί μια αντιστροφή της οπτικής προσδοκίας.
Η πραγματική δράση αποκαλύπτεται στο κάτω αριστερό τμήμα της φωτογραφίας, αναδεικνύοντας τη συνειδητή χρήση της οπτικής παραπλάνησης ως αφηγηματικού εργαλείου.

II am delighted to participate in the exhibition ‘Snapshots Without a Script’ of the Street Photo Festival, which will be presented in the foyer of the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA) Theater, 256 Piraeus Street, Athens.
The present photograph, selected from among 2,235 works by photographers from around the world and exhibited at the School of Fine Arts, draws the viewer’s gaze upward, beyond the limits of the frame. There, curiosity is born—the anticipation of an event.
This particular image, however, employs a reversal of visual expectation.
The true action is revealed in the lower-left section of the photograph, highlighting the deliberate use of visual misdirection as a narrative tool.
