Ένα βιβλίο, ένα λεύκωμα φωτογραφιών, λειτουργεί σαν ένα είδος δεύτερης ζωής για τον δημιουργό του, είναι η μυστική πύλη προς μια δεύτερη ζωή. Η δεύτερη αυτή ζωή δεν είναι βιολογική· δεν ανήκει στον κόσμο της φθοράς. Είναι πνευματική, αθόρυβη, αλλά ανθεκτική.
Ο συγγραφέας-φωτογράφος, όταν αφήνει την πένα του, ξέρει πως ένα κομμάτι του θα συνεχίσει να ανασαίνει εκεί μέσα. Και όταν το σώμα του χαθεί, οι σελίδες γίνονται το νέο του σώμα· οι φωτογραφίες και οι λέξεις, η νέα του φωνή.
Κι έτσι, μέσα στη σιωπή της βιβλιοθήκης, ο συγγραφέας-φωτογράφος ξαναγεννιέται, αόρατος μα ολοζώντανος.
♥ Και όσο υπάρχει έστω ένας αναγνώστης να αγγίζει τις σελίδες, ο δημιουργός τους δεν πεθαίνει ποτέ. ♥

📌 A Second Life
A book, a photo album, functions as a kind of second life for its creator; it is the secret gateway to another existence. This second life is not biological; it does not belong to the world of decay. It is spiritual, silent, yet enduring.
When the writer-photographer lays down the pen, they know that a part of them will continue to breathe within it. And when the body is gone, the pages become their new body; the photos and the words, his new voice.
Thus, in the silence of the library, the writer-photographer is reborn—unseen, yet fully alive.
